WAKELAK is a company that builds AI employees and AI agents for businesses. An AI employee is a durable AI role that works continuously inside a company, such as a receptionist, an order taker or a sales coordinator. An AI agent is a narrower automation built for one specific task or workflow. WAKELAK connects both to the systems a business already runs on, including CRM, ERP, databases, messaging channels and internal APIs, so work is completed end to end, in Arabic and English, under permissions, approval rules and an audit trail the business defines.
